The User Agreement comes into force after you (Client) register on the Company's website.
The present user agreement can be changed by the administration of the resource without warning.

- Client/User means any individual or legal entity that cooperates with Green Wood Company.
- Company or Green Wood - the administration of the Website and LTd, which provides services to Clients.
- Website - a set of software and hardware, information and services provided, which are located at #Web-Site.
- Account - the Customer's personal account and the aggregate of personal information that the Customer specifies when registering. This information is necessary for identification of the User and access to services of the service.
- Only Customers of legal age in their country of residence can use the services of Green Wood: 18 years and older.
- Registration on the website of Green Wood Company, as well as all financial transactions, is done voluntarily by the USER. The website is completely voluntary and does not force the Customer to make any financial transactions.
- Company Green Wood undertakes to keep confidentiality of the Customer's personal data: full name, login and password, email, deposit information.

Rights and obligations of the parties.

Rights of the Client:
- The Client has the right to register only one account on the website;
- Client has the right to make a deposit by any means available on the website;
- The client has the right to open one or more deposits at his own discretion.
- The Client has the right to participate in promotions and contests held by the Company.
- Any user has the right to participate in an affiliate program and invite referrals, receiving deductions.

Responsibilities of a Client:
- The Client is obliged to deposit and withdraw only those funds that belong to him.
- The Client is obligated to deposit and withdraw only those funds which he/she owns.
- The client is obliged to keep personal data and funds safe and not to transfer access to the account to third parties.

Company rights:
- The Company has the right to block the Client's account if the payment system or authorized bodies report illegal actions of the Client.
- The Company has the right to refuse to provide services to the Client, if the Client is seen attempting to harm the Company: blackmail, spreading false information, an attempt to hack the website or server, spam, etc.
- The Company has the right to change, supplement, rename any section of the website with or without notice to the Client.

Company's obligations:
- The Company is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the Customer's personal data.
- The Company is obliged to make charges to the Client's balance according to the terms of the contract.
- The Company is obliged to ensure the Client's access to the account and the operability of the site.

Rights of the Client:

Deposit charges.
- Profit accruals are made according to conditions of the chosen investment plan.
- The client can dispose of profit as he/she sees fit within the legislation.
- The client can increase the sum of the deposit at his will. Accruals on the deposit have no limitation period, excluding climatic disasters (earthquakes, floods, meteorite fall, etc.), social and political conditions (martial law. state of emergency, epidemics, mass pickets), state sanctions (currency restrictions, international financial sanctions, etc.). Outside of these circumstances, the parties accept the risk and consequences of emergencies.

Partnership program
- Each partner of the Company receives a personal referral link, which can be used to invite an unlimited number of referrals.
- Referral fees depend on the referral's open deposit and are credited immediately after it is opened.
- Partners can dispose of the commission as they see fit.
- Client should not use spam or fraudulent schemes to attract referrals.

Final Provisions
- The rules listed on the "Agreement" page of Green Wood's website are binding on all Clients and users of the Green Wood service.
- Both parties accept the rules of the "Agreement" and confirm their agreement with an electronic signature. The electronic signature is a confirmation that the Customer has been acquainted with the rules of the "Agreement".
- The Agreement between the parties is bilateral and cannot be challenged by third parties.
- Any conflicts between the Client and the Company, which were formed in the process of business interaction, are solved by negotiations. If no agreement is reached during the negotiations, the parties have the right to apply for legal and judicial protection of their own interests.
